Any brake conversion to get rid of rear drum e-brake???

Has anyone gotten rid of the rear disc/drum combo?If so what did you use? Id like to convert to something so i can still use the mechanical ebrake lever or possibly convert to a hydraulic one... im just not a fan of drums... also would i be safe to assume the rear hub assembly would have to be converted to something else to get rid of the drum components??? any and all help is appreciated.
