rear brake bleeds but doesnt work??

So I"m finding that I can bleed fluid out of my passenger rear caliper, but it doesnt look like its even working. The rotors is rusted over like its just been sitting still. Any thoughts of what else to check?

If the rotors are rusted, the piston is probably rusted as well. Pull the caliper off and check for piston movement. Be careful not to push the piston too far out as there is no stop for it.

My guess rear piston is stuck, it will bleed because when you press the pedal and opened the bleeder fluid now has a place to go.
