    Subframe hasn't settled?

I changed my subframe bushings this past summer and installed a 4.10 LSD. Once I reinstalled the subframe, the side bolts that connect under the door don't line up. I've tried the metal pieces both ways, changed sides, etc. and they don't line up :S The car seems to drive fine, so I'm not quite sure where it could have gone wrong. I have tried an impact gun on the bolt to push it up, a socket with a big ass cheater bar, etc. I know its on there tight, but I'm afraid I've done something wrong.

Could I have misplaced something? Installed something the wrong way?

Did you get the bushings bottomed out all the way or are they only partially in? Are they all the way up in the receiver in the body( is the top of the bushing recessed in its hole.) I've seen the tops of the old bushings break and remain up in the body, preventing the new ones from seating properly.

I'm sure the bushings are fully in the subframe.

I'm confused as to how its supposed to fit to the body. I know theres a spacer that goes onto the bushing. I installed htem on both sides, but they didn't sit on top of the bushing, they seemed to fit about half an inch down from the top of the bushing.

The top of the bushing is supposed to be recessed into a hole? I need to check that next time I'm at the car.

The tops of old buhsings could have broken and caused my issue as they were extremely difficult to get out, needing a BFH and lots of leverage. I also reused the old bolts instead of putting the new ones I got in (for simplicity's sake), which I now realize might not have been the smartest move.
