E34/Audi TT BBK

So I have seen that some people are running e34/e32 calipers and Audi TT rotors drilled out to 4x100.
Seems like a decent route, and fairly cost effective. I can get the brackets made by a friend and was just wondering if anyone else ran this setup and could give some feedback on it!

I think the reason why that's not popular is because people weren't too happy about how many holes had to be drilled into the audi rotor.
