    E30 CAB offset differences

    Hi guys,

I have done a few searches on here and google and haven't been able to find any info or drawings to compare the exact difference in offset between the holes in standard E30 control arm bushes and the offset/M3 control arm bushes?

Does anyone know the exact difference? In mm preferably?

I'm building an SR20DET powered E30 coupe drifter, which will never see the road. Have a handy CNC machinist friend that is making a variety of bushes for me. We need to figure out the difference before he drills the hole!

    Thanks

    Alex

All the M3 bushing does is move the CA hole close to the edge of the bushing. If you're a few mm off in either direction its not going to make that much of a difference.

Yes I had considered that. My 30 will be track only so was considering getting a set made with the offset completely maxed out for maximum caster. But it would be nice to know the correct M3 bush position and how much caster that can produce.
