    Help with clamp on vacuum line

    I feel stupid but how do I get this kind of clamp off? Looks like an OEM one, I put a new brake booster in and need to transfer the check valve.

    you snip them. It releases the tension.

        You can spread it apart a bit, then use a Nipper to close it back up.
