Brake part numbers

I have the following part numbers for factory 316i front brake pads. Which is correct?

34111161347
34111162481

Also have these for front calipers

34111154379 - Left
34111154380 - Right

and

34111154377 - Left
34111154378 - Right

As far as I can tell, both caliper sets are for 260x12mm non-vented front rotors. So what's the difference here?

Also I'm getting some conflicting information on brake pads. Are all front brake pads interchangeable for all years and models?
