    Rear left brake locking up

So I recently rebuilt the rear calipers (new piustons, seals, guides, pads, rotors) I rebuilt them with the hopes that it would solve the rear left rotor lock up problem. I originally thought that it was a stuck pistion since the car sat outside for a winter. thats obviously not the case since its still locking up. After a while of driving it I check the temp of both rear calipers and only the rear left one is hot, the right rear is as cold as a popsicle stick -_- the abs light is on in my dash. Can anyone give me an insight on what the actual problem might be? my car is a 1991 318is. hope to hear fropm all the gurus :) thanks

That will be a problem with the caliper, blocked line between the tee and wheel, or a problem with the parking brake.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
