    Sporadic Stiff Pedal?

So I'm having a odd issue lately. '84 nonABS car. I have Massive's booster delete with a "new" (aka reman stock MC) and 280mm wilwood front kit. The rears are untouched. After at least a year and a half of daily driving duty I've been having a stiff pedal randomly. Now when I say stiff I really just mean it feels like it was factory. When I did the booster delete I got a very long pedal. Which I like. All the pressure is there, it's just over a longer throw. Now, it randomly reverts back to a very short throw. The braking ability is exactly the same, the pedal's throw is just short(or almost like factory).

I was thinking since the rears are completely untouched maybe a rear caliper was sticking? or rear line was collapsed? I noticed this on a longer journey and stopped periodically to see if any wheels was hotter than normal and none were. I haven't had a chance to jack the car up and check everything though. Any suggestions?

That sounds like a bad booster or a problem with the vacuum supply to the booster.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

I agree. And that would be the first place I'd look. If I had a booster. :D
