I have the 320i with the stupid rear drum brakes. I read a right up on how to do and know what to do. My question is what rotors and calipers should I get? Also does it matter since it's a 320i which one I get?

Ideally you'd just buy complete rear trailing arms with brakes from a 86+ 325e/325i car. -
I know of some 325i trailing arms in town, hmu if interested.sigpic

I am going to keep my drums for the time being. Considering that the front brakes do 90% of the braking, it would be more worthwhile to upgrade the front calipers and rotors to the vented type that is on all the later e30s. I have drums on my 4Runner and they work just fine. As far as the disc control arms, I am not aware of any geometry differences. So what is the point really? Looks I guess.Si vis pacem, para bellum.

Front rotors are drilled and vented already.Comment
