Front wheel bearings

If I took my hubs off could I have a place that sells new sealed bearings press them out and press new ones in the hubs? So im not paying $240 for two front wheel bearings.

If your bearings are beat most likely theyll just pop out or you can use a puller to get them out. Also to pop them in they just go in. Thats from my experience though. But I think new bearings cost around 80 for the fronts.

Meyle are only about $80 a side.

if I'm not mistaken....the front hub/bearing is a one piece unit that has to be replaced as one. it's not separate like the trailing arms.

You aren't mistaken. OP, try finding the bearing separate of the hub.

BluntTech has just the bearings for $28 each. Hub and bearing already together are $53 each.
