    bigger tie rod problem!

    so after giving up on my other stuck tie rod for a second I started taking off my driver side strut but when I was taking off the nut on the tie rod I noticed the STUD WAS TURNING TOO what do I do??

    You can cut it off or put a jack under it and add pressure to it until it stops turning.

      could you further explain the method that doesn't include cutting the stud? it actually looks like there is a spot for a Allen bolt on the top? if that's what that is does anyone have any idea what size that is?
