    Braking feels soft

I think I have it figured out but I need to know for sure.

Last week, I started to feel a little softness when braking., This would make me pump the pedal, as opposed to just stepping on the brakes.
Talked to a few buddies, one even drove the car and said "yes the brakes feel sketch" but, couldn't pin point to what the issue was.
No leaking fluid, no cracked brake lines, the resivour looks full and I didn't do anything that would cause air to come into the brake system, so what gives?

I was afraid of that. I just did my clutch this past weekend and I'm broke status, now I gotta handle this cap along with another major issue on my car.

I have the same issue, and at times I will be at a red light, and the pedal will just go to the floor, which requires me to pump the brakes. I'm not sure if this is related but sometimes i give the car a little rev, with my foot off the pedal, and the pressure returns? Do you think I have the same issue? Where would you guys get the master from?

you redid your clutch this weekend?

How's the clutch slave and the hose? was the clutch pedal stepped on while the slave was out at all? That could be a big culprit too.

Exactly my symptoms. , I was looking at BMA since it's local to me but, it's still close to $200 for the replacement.

Clutch slave feels good, no pressure issues there and my problem was already there before this past weekend. :(

I had the same symptoms, cooked brake fluid/air in lines.
