Are rear trailing arm bolts normal bolts?

I just removed my rear trailing arms to replace the bushings and I'm not sure the bolts are normal. The bolts have a channel that runs the length of them and another metal piece that somehow locks into that channel through a slot in the metal inner sleeve. The new bushings say to reuse the same bolt but I don't want to put it in if it's not the usual one. In fact, I don't even think it would go back in without the slotted sleeve. What is this?

    are they like this?

if they are, you have adjusters welded to your subframe, which is a good thing.

Haha, looks like your car already had a rear toe/camber kit installed. Probably don't want to use that bolt with OE style bushings
