    My 1988 325is is already lowered, but I want the rear end to sit a bit lower. I hear about people removing the spring pads But I am not familiar with what exactly to do. If someone could advise that would be grrreeaatt!

    Jack up rear of the car. Unbolt the bottom of the shock to allow the trailing arm to drop down. Pull out the rear spring. Remove the springpad.

    Installation is reverse of removal.
