    Getting bushing onto control arm?

Just got my delrin m3 bushings pressed into their lollipops and have found out that hand and hammer is not getting them on. I remember them going on alright before and was wondering if there was a way to force them on again without taking the arm off again, that inner nut is the worst thing in the world.

baby sledge with a block of wood worked for us, however we installed the lollipops onto the control on the ground then put the assembly on the car

Thanks, got it resolved with a pipe clamp on the car. It was killing my arms balancing it and trying to mount it while holding the bushing at the same time but once the clamp finally got itself settled it went somewhat smoothly.
