Apologies if this has been posted before. Used the search but couldn't find what I need. After looking for about 2 years, I finally picked up a very clean '87 325e. While it's in great condition, it is still a 27 year old car. One of my first items it to replace the rusted rear brake lines with SS. Buying own parts and having it done professionally (doesn't sound like something a new owner should be tackling).
My question is: what other parts should I have replaced while it is in the shop. Not sure if the shop (which specializes in e30s) will have to drop the subframe or not. The rear bushings don't seem to in poor condition but I'm wondering if I should replace them while it's in. Any other thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks for your help.
