Diff cover top bolts

I just did a complete subframe bushing overhaul but I didn't swap out the diff bushing. Now I just received a new one and tried to remove the cover.

I can get all the bolts out other than the top two, they are physically impossible to get to as the are basically in front of the main support beam for the diff mount.
Is there something wrong with my rear suspension or the stiffness of the new subframe bushing isn't allowing the subframe to come down at all?
