    brakes and rotors upgrade

    i need to replace the pads and rotors soon, i have OEM ones on. is there something better/bigger/cheaper i can put on for the car or should i stick to buying OEM ones ?

    Stick to OEM pads and blank (not drilled or slotted) rotors.

      Don't buy op parts rotor they squeal when they get hot. I have ate brake pads and op part rotors and they squeak. Same thing my friend bought op part rotors and they squeal like hell.

        You should really post more info if you want good info back. What type of driving you do and what is important to you .. Initial bite, noise, dust??
        9 times out of 10 squeaking is caused by lack of assembly compound or crappy shims. Unless of course youre running race pads

            For a street driven (only) car, Pagid and/or Textar pads + Brembo blanks = done.

                Haha... Klaus has Pagids on the front and Textars on the rear. It's a cheap way to promote a little more front bias.
