How firm should my brake pedal feel?

Recently completed a brake job that included SS lines all around, new rotors all around, new pads all around, fluid flush and rebuilt front calipers. I'm not convinced my system is at 100%. could it be the hawk hps pads that need to warm up? Brakes still feel spongy and not firm till I really give it to the brake pedal

If braking is spongy, re-bleed in order (RR, RL, FR, FL)

With SS lines and all that new stuff- you should have a solid feel in the pedal- that is as long as you booster/master cylinder is up to par.

Ya I bled the system twice because I thought something was wrong on the first bleed out. Good call I didn't even consider the master cylinder going out.
