Grinding from front wheels

I changed the brake rotors and pads, as well as the struts and springs on my car this weekend. Ever since then, there's been a grinding noise any time the car goes up to 20mph. Someone told me it could be because of my brake calipers. Could anyone give any insight on what this might be? Thanks.

check your rotor backing plate, they can bend towards the rotor, causing a grinding sound. next wheel bearing.
