hi guys, so i have a question about my master cylinder.
I used to have the stock 20mm / 18mm master cylinder, but it was quite busted. so i went to the parts store and searched for a new one. at the time i wanted to have a stiffer feel on the brakes, so i went for a bigger master cylinder. i picked the MC from a couple the guy from the part store had on the shelf, we measured the external dimensions of the MC to be sure it would fit.
now here comes the interesting bit, the MC is made by Ate, and has the numbers 33 and 23 on the side. is it possible its a 33mm / 23mm MC? i've never hear of such dimensions, most big MCs were as big as 25mm.
i believe the MC was originally meant for an E24, but i dont have a part number. Is there any way to identify it?
