    soft brake pedal !!! HELP

hi r3v members! i have question about brakes on my e30 91 coupe. i have 4pot brembo calippers (e38) on each wheel! i replaced brake master cylinder, i replaced brake lines and hoses, everything in brake system, a bled whole brake system with machine and brake pedal is still very soft. and it brakes weak.

    please help me with it!

i bled: passenger rear wheel (inner-outer) > driver rear (inner-outer) > passenger front (inner-outer) > driver wheel (inner - outer)

Try to bleed it again and see if any more air coming out. You might have bad slave cylinder.

since when is this issue happening? was it working fine with the 4pot calipers, or that happens since you upgraded?

i mean if you put 4pot calipers with a bigger piston area than the stock ones, and keep the stock rears. both the brake bias and brake feel will be affected.

This issue starts when i replace whole brake system from donor 316i to 325mm 4pot calippers on each wheel. I have relocated brake booster (behind left headlight).

When i beed out each calipper, the air bubbles coming out - thats good.

Does the pedal sink to the floor when you hold your foot on brakes while slowing the car for a stop ? Also did you check your fluid level after filling it up and driving around ? Any decreasing ?

Any decreasing... everything is new. Pedal doesnt sink to the floor, i push it and in half position is little harder. When re-tread pedal it is still soft!.

Fluid level is good. I am bleeding system with machine wich is control fluid level
