    Control Arm: Ball Joint

Hoping an out of balance wheel was causing the highway speed shimmy, but after feeling the shimmy worsen on slight curves gave me a bad feeling on it being a ball joint.

I put the car on jack stands and used the 3-9 and 6-12 hold on the wheels and had very noticeable movement on my driver's side at the 9-3; ball joint confirmed once I did it again and observed movement in the ball joint at the strut.

I would replace the control arm myself 10 years ago, but being an OG, I am having RyaGMW do the work; they do all my major service and repairs on my "is" and M3.

No questions, just stating a situation including being old.
