Hey everyone! My cars handbrake does not work. There is tension when I pull up but the brakes do not hold. Someone told me they are seized which may explain that weird noise that get louder and sounds (faster?) the faster I drive. Would I have to just replace my brake shoes or is there something else I would need to do? Also How do I do it? Never done it in my life.
