I picked up some m3 offset control arm bushings and new supports (lilipops). I'm wondering how the bushings should be oriented in the supports. The bushings have an arrow on them and the supports have a "nub". Do i line these up?

Yes.

Essentially the holes will sit to the outside of the car which in turn will push the struts forward a little giving you some extra caster.
