Other parts to replace along with front subframe?

Both of my sway bar tabs on the front subframe have been bent/rusted off and the subframe is due for replacement. Its also at the point again where it needs the whole round of suspension work (bushings, struts, springs, etc...)
The issue is I have a tight budget so I cant just replace all of the front end bushings and bits.

When I replace the subframe I will have everything in the front end taken apart, is there anything that I should absolutely replace while i have the subframe out? (motor mounts, control arm bushings...?)

Is there any any hardware that I will need to replace with the subframe?

Replacing the motor mounts when installing the new subframe would be a good idea. The rest can be replaced when you have the money.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Folks swear about the steering rack. It would be easier while you are down there, wouldn't need to bend the tabs.

Definitely the motor mounts. Now pick, OEM or some aftermarket...

Depending on how racecar you are doing, treehouse lollipops are on a silly sale since treehouse went down the tubes. Search for the thread.

I was in the same boat a while ago. Replaced the CAB's, subframe, motor mounts, e36 steering rack, steering guibo. A lot of "while I'm in there" stuff. I'll be doing it all again on another car soon.

Oh, and sway bar end links and bushings.
