318ti RTA's with e36 M3 Rear Brakes

Hey guys, just doing a bit of research and saw these adapters for e36 m3 rear calipers and wanted to get yalls input on them. Iv read a few posts saying this cant be done but here is a company selling said adapters. I was going to pick some up but figured id ask yall first.

I'm considering a similar setup from srs-concept for my next build. They offer adapters that allow you to mount e36 m3 rear brakes using a z4 hub into stock e30 trailing arms. You do lose the e-brake but that's not the end of the world, for me at least. I have not heard anything regarding experiences with them or their products though.
