BMW E30 Rear conversion without trailing

I did a bunch of research and I cant find if it is possible to just change the rear wheel hub and bearing from drum brakes to disk brakes. I have a 1984 318i coupe. It came with drum brakes and I want to change them to disk brakes. I was debating converting to 5 lug also but that will have to wait. I wanted to do I wanted to buy all the parts new but I dont see that happening. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Or direct me to the correct link. Thank you once again

No, the drum arms dont have the mounting lugs for the calipers.
