E30 Rear calipers Help

I Picked up a rear end to do a disk brake conversion on my 84 318i. It came with everything so I am happy about that. Just having a problem or I think Im having a problem. Should the rear caliper com apart like this or no? when I removed the pads the inner part just slid up and out without unscrewing anything. Thank you

Are those pistons leaking or is that just the brake fluid from removing the brake hose?
