Trailer arms will not fit, warp arms?

Can someone that have their trailer arms laying measure the inside or the distances between the outter and inner bushing housing (metal to metal from inside-between the arm)? I would appreciate that very much if someone can get me a number. I measured mine and I got 10.5", pics below. I also put a straight edge on top and it is flat, no warping.

I am trying to see if my trailer arms are warped. I am using garagistic mounts and now my trailers will not go back in.

How did you remove the old bushings? Did you use a special tool, or burn them out? If you put any pressure on the opposite leg while removing the RTAB, you bent them.

I used a tool I fabbed up to push out the original bushing along with a torch. I have a bad feeling I warped it when I welded on the reinforcement steel plate. This is not the first time I did this, I did the same thing to my previous e30 w an m30 swap and everything went smoothly and bolted back in.

thanks for sharing. I am wondering what my issue is then. The mounting holes are perfectly flat when I use a straight edge. Could it be the poly mounts?

i am also using garagisics and they are incredibly hard to get in to the point you
have to knock the arms in with a hammer. agk would be better since i've had them before.
akg slipped in fine but garagistics was local.

alignment is within spec.
use poly safe grease

Thanks everyone for your inputs! I actually begin looking around for a pair of trailer arms, now I will email garagistics. And yes if only a little is taken off of the smaller side of the poly mounts and given to the bigger side, it would fit snug but fit.
