    Recommend me some brakes

    it's about time for some new brakes and i want to get the general consensus of what works well. i am looking for pad/rotor suggestions. the car is a D/D with some Auto-X in the future....thanks!!

    lets not have this thread continue much past this post, the topic is covered a lot.

    stay stock. get some fresh new rotors, choose some nice pads (also covered in this forum), and new lines with fresh fluid. braided lines are NOT required for a firm pedal feel.
    again, everything on this has been covered, look it up.

      anyone else....what about greenstuff pads w/ brembo slotted rotors?

        He's got a good point, all of this stuff has been covered. Just search Greenstuff pads or brembo and you will probably get a return of 1,000,000,000 threads.
