    neg. camber in the back

since i dropped my car, i have a lot of rear camber and want to straighten it out a bit so i can fit 225's in the back. anyone used the IE rear camber kit? or any other kits.

also, am i just stressing it too much? i'll just have to rotate tires more often right?

You should be able to run 225's all day unless you have some crap Honduh offset or somehting .

You make it to the meet tonight ?

NVM , just checked the Bf.c thread .

What size/offset are your wheels homeboy ?
And what springs are you running .

Pleeese don't answer eBay , Tokico or Sportmaxx to any of those questions .

so the camber will just affect tire wear?

and ya teag, i made it to the meet. cops came to ruin it after (i think it was topher) drove the 335i and did a few "powerslides". they went to buffalo wild wings, but my friends and i werent hungry.. plus, its kinda weird since i'm not 21, i can't drink with you guys or whatnot. o'well.. i'll def be there for the next meet though.

Why would you want to run 225's on bottlecaps then ??

Surely you weren't looking to run 225'60's .
What size/model exactly were you hoping to run ?

Just slap some 205/60's on and be happy .

I've used the IE camber kit... see my write up in my sig.

I set it up to about -2 in the rear. After about 2k miles, my tires look almost new and the handling is great. Beforehand, my old yokohama es100 tires would be showing 20% life missing already from the inside. I think having the toe ALSO corrected with this kit helps with that too.

howcome i haven't seen something like this (rear camber plates) mentioned before? i thought that everyone who lowers there car would get the initial neg camber and need to adjust it somehow?

cause its a p.i.t.a to do it. Dropping the rear subframe is no fun. It turns a couple of hours project in to a weekend project. I installed the bav auto kit and i wish i would have purchased the ie kit. That's what i get for being cheap. They keep coming loose.
