    Brake sensitivity

My brake pedal is firm but not very sensitive. It feels like I have the pedal 1/4 of the way pushed in before the brakes start to bite. Its kinda like I dont have full braking power any ideas? ITS NOT AIR IN THE LINES i have checked that many times. Thanks Brian

What pads are you using? Low dust pads have a low coefficient of friction and don't provide a lot of braking force. Race pads have a low coefficient of friction when cold and it is almost impossible to keep them hot on the street.

That said, a bad brake booster or lack of intake vacuum from intake leaks will result in poor braking performance.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

      You have an e30.

I suggest a larger brake mastercylinder.
