Suggestions Needed on Sub Frame Bushing Replacement

I am getting a set of AKG Rear Subframe bushings and want to know what is the best/fastest method for replacing just those bushings? I just put Fresh 318ti arms in and I know those bushings are good. My Current Rears are so F-ing dead they allow the car to shift 5mm left to right.
