From what I remember looking at the strut mount, there were no "marks" to show which setting would mean camber. Is it fairly self-explanatory? I mean at this point I'm convinced it's just a matter of doing it... but I'm trying to figure this ahead of time.

Wear on OUTSIDES of front tires, wheel will not self center - excessive toe in.

go get an alignment or alignment check. they should 'shake down' the front end and let you know if there are any worn parts also.

Toe in? Are you sure? I always figured excessive toe in would cause the car to want to straighten out more than anything.

The wear on the outsides of both front tires is toe in, always is, always will be.

Ultimately yeah. Check the alignment and go from there.
