You could use this type of handbrake for rallying too. Road racing not so much.

      Yep!

Well, You could use it for doing the starting burn out if youre FF and drag race. That way you dont use up the front brakes.

      Status: HG repair. 488wtq though!

If I were you, I would put the brake lever upright, in a push layout. You'll get better ergonomy and strength. Your feet push pedals, right?
Brake harder. Go faster. No shit.

i'm working on a solution to that. I have to fab up some sort of bracket to hold it because as of right now there is no room for mounting it as said. I need to get rid of the AC and heater core and mount it under the dash

                    Hi Dominic.

You may want to install the lever at the same level as the steering wheel. Being in a push layout, you can apply much more pressure on it as your shoulders will be backed by the seat back. You may even want to modify the lever's shape to bring the handle closer to you.

Don't hesitate to post pictures when you have new developments.

thats one of the nice things about the ksport the actual handle part bolts to the lever so i can fab up a longer angled handle to put the lever where i need it.
i am going to need to remove my heatercore/AC unit in order to put it where i want it (under the dash with handle right next to steering wheel)

I wonder if there are any solutions similar to this for rear drum application

I asked my buddy today and the shop's car's hydraulic e-brake is also to the calipers, this whole time I thought they went to the drums (since they went through the trouble of doing Z32 rear hubs conversion)

youd have to fab up a whole hydraulic setup for the rear drums?
