Would a Bent Rear sub frame Throw your rear camber and or Rear Toe out of alignment,

Would a body shop be able to Notice this.

will a Rear camber, kit be able to address this?

Yes, distortion of the rear subframe would upset the alignment, as would damage to the trailing arms. If the damage was extreme, a visual check may suffice. But slight damage may not be apparent even with the subframe out of the car.

If the rear alignment is incorrect and the subframe and trailing arm bushings are in good condition, either the subframe or the trailing arms are damaged.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
