Are convertible subframe bushings different?

I noticed that the new subframe bushings I ordered from BMW look different than those on my subframe when i pulled it out. The old ones have a metal disc on the top, but the new ones do not. Are convertibles supposed to have different mounts? Did i order the wrong ones?

The "metal disk" is a simple washer it can be removed and has to be
you need to swap them to your new bushings.
