There is a tool like that, but from the looks of it that one is cheapo version. The tool like the one you showed will run you around $800, if you want a guarantee that it will work. Slide hammer works great for taking them off. I used a 5lb slide hammer. I had to get the bearings pressed on at a shop tho. So if you know anyone with a shop I would highly suggest going and getting them pressed on.
