Weird sound after New brakes installed

Hey guys, I just did brakes for the first time this past weekend. Everything went smoothly and the brakes were working fine until yesterday. Under relatively hard braking I can hear a knocking sound which seems to be coming from the passenger side, possibly the rear. The frequency of the knocking seems to be relative to the speed at which I am stopping. So when I'm stopping from 50-0, the knocking sound is faster than if I'm stopping from 35-0. Any ideas what it could be?

I'm having a similar issue now after my recent pad/rotor install. Any ideas what it could be? Thanks in advance.

Did you guys bed the pads, are the rotors new? Definitely get under there and make sure your pistons are not on the verge of seizing.

Yes, new pads/rotors and the noise started as I began to bed the pads. How does one go about checking to see if they're on the verge of seizing?

So I've still got this issue. I went ahead and put in new control arms and M3 CABs, still nothing. I swapped the pads from the passenger's side to the driver's side to see if that was the issue and nothing changed. Any ideas?
