what is the diff between i and ix booster?

i cant seem to find the answer with all the searching, as most topics just say you need it to do a swap...

anyway, what exactly is the difference between the standard RWD and the IX booster and MC? why does the IX booster provide more clearance?

it is a double drum design, its narrower and i believe the angle is slightly lower.

if you look at pics of them it should be fairly easy to tell the difference.

check ebay and there are some classified ad's that have pics of the design.

i didn't get the chance to snap pics of mine before i sold it.

i would also check the 24v thread, i think its called the "engine bay" thread.
