Wilwood pads are made by Raybestos. I have no idea what they offer for stock BMW calipers. Especially for a 25 year old car. Nonetheless, rear HT10 will be a good match to front Polymatrix B pads.

Well now someone has posted up the D-Force wheels for $375 shipped! That's nuts! I may buy them just because of how cheap that is.Leave a comment:

The only way you could get my RSs to fit oveder these is toss your 2" lips and order 1/2" lips and use a 20mm or so spacer to give more room behind the face of the wheels. but it kinda defeats the purpose of having RSs, (I have only tried with RSs that have native 4X100 fitment 001 and 003)

P.S. I sold several of the wheels in my collection b/c they won't fit over my new brakes, at first I was keeping them in case I picked up another e30 for a DD but I have decided that if I do pick up another e30 it will have a BBK from lee as well.(I like stopping fast, almost as much as going fast!)Leave a comment:

Does Wilwood have a Hawk HP+ type equivalent? Or does Wilwood make pads for the stock rear calipers? So you could have the same or similar compounds front and rear?Leave a comment:

Have you checked the profiles?
280mm x 22mm
300mm x 21mm

Mark (MDV), who's an instructor with BMWCCA, will be running the 280mm kit with Wilwood B compounds. Those B pads have a higher friction coefficient.

Lee, how is the firment with 16 in Alpinas? I am interested in a kit but am not giving up alpinas for it.Leave a comment:

That's what I was thinking since that caliper looks more compact.
I'm sure good pads with the Street Kit would still be a monster upgrade suitable for HPDE use.Leave a comment:

Oups. My bad. Sorry. It seems the Street kit (280x22mm) kit fits "difficult" wheels such as Ronal/ACT LS. I don't see how it wouldn't fit the TRM

So Lee it looks like the Street kit would clear the TRM wheel, correct?Leave a comment:

Forget about fitting any of the kits under BBS RS. If you are lucky, maybe the 280mm kit will work. But no way any of the Sport or Race kit fit the RS.
Check the profile for the 280x22mm kit
In regard of the 8" TRM with Race kit - touching and still 10mm gap between hub and wheel.
