everything starts with the intended use and goal. are you racing? street? hybrid? do you just want to lower the car? what spring rates, why do you need koni's vs bilstein vs stock boge? addt/synergetic suspension components like control arm/sway/strut bushings, mounts etc etc etc. your thread sucks. you're asking us what's 3 and 3. we can tell you 0, 1 6 and 9.

        how can we help you

Yup, that's what I run on my car.

Call GC and talk to Jay and he'll get you setup with the right spring rate for what you are wanting to do.

ignorant people tend to be very happy. do you really wanna get into that argument with me?

billies..even stock.. would suit your lower spring rates fine ~ round 200f and 300lb/in rear to keep it conforable enough on the street. i'd get atleast a front sway bar if you wanna keep your front tires off the fenders at the track depending on what tires you run.

Don't take it personal, it's R3V. You will get a handful of different opinions.
As you spend time here you will figure out who to listen to and who to ignore.

PS: You will need an approved rollbar to hit the track in a Cab.
