    Vent Time.

I have been collecting parts for my new suspension, and one day decided, "todays the day" and put the car on jack stands.

    I have:
    H&R race springs
    Bilstein sports
    IE rsm's
Lemforder Tie rods W/new lock tabs
And I decided PS delete was gonna happen.

After a couple days I finally got everything apart. All I can say is rust sucks and i'm moving to Cali. So far i've hit roadbump after roadbump. First the rotor set screws wouldn't come out (used easy out on one, and had to dill out the other). Then I realize one of my wheel bearings are shot. Now I have come to find the outer ball joint on the control arms have smashed threads. I haven't even made it to the rear. I hate my car right now.

    Thats about it.

yeah, the work you're doing by definition, sounds straight forward, but it takes a strong stomach to swallow the crap that aged mechanics can dish out.

keep at it and you'll get there eventually.

Well you do have the governator there, so it makes up for a bit of it (don't forget your state deficit) lol.

An update: I got the front finished. Instead of replacing the control arms, due to a damaged ball join bolt, I took a circular grinder to the top of it and voila! Works like a charm. I re-assembled the front and jacked up the rear. Rear should be a piece of cake compared to the front. Any one have some tips for the rear?

Thats where I would start looking, if I ever wanted to get out of cali...
