What spring rates to go with?

    Ordered some GC coils.

    Here's my usage:

    daily driver
    no track days
    no autocross
wants a slammed ride or low ride
don't want too much bounce, and don't mind stiffness

Trevor from GC told me 375/475. should I just go with that and listen to them or something harsher?

Also btw what spring rates does H&R cup kit have?

Mine are for roughly the same purpose and I just got 375/450, and I know beirbrenner also ran 375/450 I believe it was, its why I ended up with mine...

if you dont mind a stiff ride. I would go with 500 700.. Its not to to stiff and when you hit a hole or bump its like one bounce..
Im running them now and I think its perfect.

        Buy my used 350/500 springs.

        Great street setup.

I also run a similar setup to e30this except am running stock front and no rear bar with a 450f-700r setup and it is really worth the bumpiness. And like he said its just one bump. If you pick up adjustable shocks then you can just set them soft for when you don't want the handling capabilities. My car set soft really rides pretty normal lol.
