Yes, all they are is a 2.5" ID coil spring. They fit on the vorschlag plates I've heard, and the ireland plates I know, although last I saw the Ireland plates make it super tall because of how thick they are.

Good to know. I need to gifure out the correct application for my Billy sport/Vorschlag combo so I can get this bitch lower.
