    325i koni's and h&r's on a cabrio ?

    Hey

Can I run regular 325i koni's and h&r springs on my cabrio?

What would the difference be? Might sit a little lower, as the cabby is heavier?

    Thanks

Why don't you just run the springs that are meant for your application..?

I'm running H&R cabrio springs and Konis on my cabrio. The only difference with normal 325 springs would be less rake and sitting a bit lower in the rear due to the added weight. Worst case scenario if you didn't like the stance would be to use thicker spring pads, but I think it'd be just fine. I would actually prefer a little less rake on my cabrio, even with the hardtop.

Can't speak about the konis, but the H&R's will be fine upfront. In back, you may need some thick spring pads like VacMan said - I ran 15mm pads and non-cabrio H&R sports and the rear springs hit each other on three coils so there wasn't much travel, I eventually swapped the rears springs for cabrio springs - but left the fronts alone.
