I currently am in the process of swaping my suspension out of my daily into another car (new daily) and am looking to upgrade the sways.
Currently i have:
-New control arms
-New sway links
-G.C caster camber plates
-M3 offset CAB's
-Koni adjustables all the way around (full stiff rear, 4-5 stiff front)
-Ebiach 450f-6" 700r-6"
-I.E. poly street subframe and control arm bushings
-All new bremo blanks, hawk hps', rebuilt calipers and stainless brake lines
-I believe what are e46 cabrio rear shock mounts...came with the car
-Stock i sway bars
I will hopefully be running The new 225/45-15 hancook rs-3 as i figure the tire wear can't be that much worse than my current bottle cap and azenis set up. I think the wider tires should dramatically help in grip with this set up.
This is all stuff ive collected over time and put in my old daily. THe budget is tight for sways...very tight
I am currently looking for an ix rear bar and a cabrio front.
I feel this would pretty much keep the feel of my current set up but with less roll (not that the car has alot of roll currently). I thought about running m3 sway links in the front but i think that for the rear bar it would be to much front stifness, though im shure i could soften up the front struts some to help balance this out. Would running these bars with new bushings and stock front mounting location be a noticable differance over stock bars?
Any comments will be much appreciated as allways!
