I'm trying to figure out a spring rates for Racinng Dynamics Green springs. Anyone??? Are they worth it??? Also same thing for Vogtlands... basically looking for a firm DD suspension. Please help... thanks

Heard RDs were H&R sports. Haven't been in Vogtlands but I am getting some for my E34, should fit my needs to stiffen and lower it a bit.sigpic -

thanks, but I actually just picked up a set of H&R Race Springs (supossebly) with top adjustable plates. Could someone help me idenify them??? Springs are red, fronts have the following stamped:
H&R X/W EBS-BMW-3/1
rears have the following stamped:
H&R D/C RG 701 HA.10
